As Domain Manager – Managed Services I’m responsible for managing all Service Delivery Managers (+-12) of the 9altitudes group Belgium – France.
As Service Delivery Manager, I’m responsible for the team that delivers qualitative support of the implemented business solutions and for the support of the digital business transformations at the customer. I’m focussed on the criteria too meet the objective of the performance from the implemented solutions and further increase the productivity and develop the IT platform at the customer.
